Participation in the “2024 High School Student Summer Job Fair”
To recruit staff for our Fukui Factory, we participated in the “2024 High School Summer Job Fair (Fukui venue),” providing information to high school students graduating in spring 2025 and their guardians about the work environment and benefits at the Fukui Factory. Using our Fukui Factory Recruitment Guide (available for download with free membership registration), PowerPoint presentations, videos, and product samples, we provided insights into our operations and benefits.
This year, we had more students and guardians visit our booth than usual. We thank everyone who visited despite the heat. Many appreciated our benefits, including 125 annual holidays and free sports drinks.
Factory tours will be starting soon. Those who could not attend the fair are also welcome to join the tours. If you are interested, please contact the career guidance counselor at your school. We look forward to meeting you!
